Let’s Travel with Clarity & Care

At Yousaf Travel, we believe great trips start with great understanding. These simple terms are here to make sure everything runs smoothly and everyone’s on the same page — no confusion, no surprises.

✅ 1. Booking Your Trip

  • You can book your ride or tour through WhatsApp, phone, email, or our website.
  • To lock in your trip, we kindly ask for a 30% advance payment.
  • Once your payment is received, we’ll confirm everything and send you the full plan.

💳 2. Payments Made Simple

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • Full payment should be completed before your trip starts.
  • We accept bank transfers, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or cash. Whatever’s easiest for you.

❌ 3. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans change. Here’s how cancellations work:

  • Cancel 7+ days before your trip? You’ll get 80% refund.
  • Cancel 3–6 days before? We’ll return 50%.
  • Cancel less than 3 days before? Sorry — we’ve already made arrangements and can’t offer a refund.

If we need to cancel (e.g. due to road issues or weather), you’ll get a full refund or option to reschedule.

⏳ 4. Delays & Unexpected Changes

Things like roadblocks, weather, or local conditions can affect travel. If changes happen, we’ll:

  • Keep you informed
  • Suggest safe and comfortable alternatives
    Our goal is always to get you there smoothly and safely.

🚙 5. Vehicles & Drivers

  • Our cars and jeeps are regularly cleaned, checked, and driven by professional, friendly drivers.
  • Please treat the vehicle with care — it’s part of your journey and someone else’s ride tomorrow.
  • If a vehicle has any issue, we’ll replace it as quickly as possible.

🧳 6. What We’re (Not) Responsible For

While we do everything to make your trip perfect, we can’t take responsibility for:

  • Lost items (keep your valuables safe!)
  • Medical emergencies or accidents
    We suggest you carry:
  • CNIC
  • Any essential medication
  • Warm clothes, especially in the north!

🤝 7. Respect & Travel Etiquette

  • Please treat our team, drivers, and locals with kindness — just like we treat you.
  • Inappropriate behavior can result in your trip being ended early, with no refund. Let’s keep it friendly.

🏨 8. Hotels & Rooms

  • We work with trusted hotels and lodges to ensure comfort and cleanliness.
  • Couple room setups, décor requests, or honeymoon rooms? Just tell us in advance — we’ll make it happen.

📸 9. Photos & Videos

We love capturing beautiful moments from our trips to share on social media.
If you prefer not to be photographed or featured, just let us know — no problem at all!

✨ 10. Extras & Custom Add-ons

Want flowers in the room, a bonfire night, local guide, or a photoshoot?
Let us know early — we’re happy to arrange extras (some may come with an additional cost).
